refund policy

subscription tiers

paid subscription tiers (sigma, alpha) bill monthly in advance. if you cancel before the end of a billing period, service continues until the end of that period and does not renew. we do not pro-rate monthly subscriptions on cancellation.

first-month goodwill refund. if you cancel a paid subscription within seven days of the initial upgrade, we will refund the first month in full — no questions, no forms.

credit packs

credits included in your tier expire at the end of each billing month and do not carry over. purchased credit packs (overage) do not expire while the account is active.

unused credit packs are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, pro-rated by the credits already consumed. after 30 days credit packs are non-refundable but remain usable while the account is active.

service failure refunds

if the platform fails to meet its published SLA in a billing month — specifically, if backtest, deployment or execution surfaces are unavailable for longer than the SLA permits — we will credit the affected month's subscription. the credit is applied automatically to the next invoice; you do not need to request it.

what we do not refund

• trading losses.
• tax exposure computed from your data.
• fees charged by your broker.
• credits consumed by an in-progress operation you cancelled.

chargebacks

please write to us at hello@vajraquant.com before filing a chargeback. a refund is usually faster and does not affect your account standing. persistent unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension until the dispute is resolved with the payment gateway.

how to request a refund

write to hello@vajraquant.com from the email on the account. we will confirm receipt within one business day and complete the refund within seven business days of confirmation, subject to payment gateway settlement times.
